5. Male and female birth star must not be 6,8,12 to each other.
6. Male 7th cusp sign lord, star lord, sub lord must be female birth time ruling planets and vice versa.
7. Male ascendant sign lord, star lord, sub lord must be female birth time ruling planets and vice versa.
8. Male 11th cusp sublord must not be related to 6, 8, 12 in female and vice versa.
9. At the time of question Dasa, Bhutki, Antara of both must agree for timing of marriage.
10. At the time of question Dasa, Bhukti, Antara must be ruling planets of female chart and vice versa.

Age is not a factor when two of you have mutually agreed to live together by getting married. I have even seen people getting married at the age of 60. If both of you love each other, you can get married to each other anytime, provided both of you have compatibility. All other details can be analyzed through your individual horoscopes.

the principles explained you are really very accurate as i have been practicing astrology since many years. i believe that remedies too work in astrology like incase if the horoscopes of both male and female does not match the astrologer can recommend them some astrology related remedies so that their post married life does not suffer But i think inorder to do the astrologer must have proper knowledge about the problems that they might face after marriage.
